Today I wanted to share with you both, a dress I bought to wear on New Years Eve and that I also wore for a previous post (you only got to see a little bit of it) and my New Year’s resolution list.  I hope you enjoy it:-)

 My New Year’s resolution list:

1.  To let the people I care the most know how much I love them – Telling others how much we love them not only elevates our energy levels but also strengthens the connection we have with each other.

2.  Meditate – With everything I have going, I tend to forget to have quiet times to rethink and reflect.  It is my intention for this year to make it part of my daily life. Even if it is only 5 minutes of my day.

3.  Exercise both the body and the mind – This is something we all tend to include in our resolution lists every year but only a few stick to it.

4.  Cultivate my inner spiritual self – I want to be the best I can be while living my life purpose. This has nothing to do with being perfect or anything like that.  Instead,  it has to do with learning from my mistakes, being open minded and embrace the life opportunities I come across that will promote my very own personal growth.

5.  De-clutter my home – This is something I have been wanting to do for a very long time but I now have a plan. I am starting with our linen closet, then continue with the kitchen (do I really need those margarita glasses I haven’t used in 10 years???) and finishing it up with my closet.  Wish me luck!

6.  Be more present – It is my intention to live more in the moment. It scares the heck out of me when I realize that time has passed and I can’t remember what I have done with it.

7.  Spend more time with my dear friends – Whether it is a monthly girls night out or a casual happy hour after work, my friends are very important to me and I want to make sure I spend time with them the Sex and the City way:-)

8.  Revisit my blogging purpose and goals – This is something I have been thinking about a lot lately. There may be some changes coming up soon so stay tuned my loving friends!

9.  Be more organized and less of a procrastinator – I have to admit I am currently the worst procrastinator but very committed to improve:-)

10.  LAUGH MORE and WORRY LESS

Hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes ambos, el vestido que estoy pensando ponerme para la víspera de Año Nuevo y que también me puse para un escrito anterior (solo enseñé un pedacito de él) y mi lista de resoluciones de Año Nuevo.  Espero lo disfruten:-)

Mis resoluciones de Año Nuevo:

1.  Dejarles saber a todas las personas importantes de mi vida lo mucho que los quiero – Dejar saber lo mucho que amamos no solo eleva nuestros niveles de energía pero también fortalece y revitaliza nuestras relaciones.

2.  Meditar – Algo que disfruto mucho hacer pero que ultimamente no he logrado practicar debido a la falta de tiempo libre. Es mi intención para este Nuevo Año sacar tiempo,  auque séan solo cinco minutos de mi día, para tan importante acto.

3.  Ejercitar tanto mi cuerpo como mi mente – Una intención que muchos incluímos en nuestra lista de resoluciones de Año Nuevo pero que pocos logramos compleatar.

4.  Cultivar mi ser interior – Es mi intenció lograr ser lo mejor que yo pueda ser durante mi jornada en la vida. Esto no tiene que ver nada con ser perfecta o con algo por el estilo.   Por el contrario, tiene que ver con lograr aprender de mis errores y mantener una mente abierta para así lograr reconocer y aceptar las oportunidades de crecimiento esperitual que me brinda la vida.

5.  Re-organizar mi casa y deshacerme de lo que no necesito – Esto es algo que llevo queriendo hacer desde hace mucho tiempo y no es hasta ahora que logro planificar. Comenzaré con el closet de toallas y ropa de cama, luego la cocina (no creo que necesito las copas cóctel tipo Margaritas que no he usado hace mas de diéz  años) y terminaré  con mi closet de ropa. ¡Deseenme suerte!

6.  Vivir más en el presente – Es mi intención vivir mas en el momento presente. Me asusta muchisimo  cuando me doy cuenta que ha pasado mucho tiempo  y no logro acordarme lo que he hecho con el.

7.  Pasar mas tiempo con mis queridas amigas – Ya séa una noche de chicas al mes ó una pequeña salida después del trabajo, mis amigas significan mucho para mi y es mi intención pasar mas tiempo con ellas al estilo “Sex and the City”:-)

8.  Reconsiderar las metas y el propósito de mi blog – Esto es algo que llevo considerando ultimamente.  Pronto vendrán nuevos cambios así que, ¡mantenganse conectados!

9.  Vivir mas organizadamente y aprovechar mejor el tiempo – Tengo que admitir que todo lo dejo para última hora pero me encuentro muy dispuesta a mejorar.

10.  REIR MÁS Y PREOCUPARME MENOS
