When it comes to investing in clothing, both practicality and comfort always come first on my requirement’s list. Finding pieces that are easy to upkeep and can serve me for many occasions is also super important to me, especially these days when my main goal is to live a much simpler and relaxed life. When I received this super cute and very comfortable pair of jogger style pants the Rafaella team sent me, I was more than excited to give them a try and I will admit that the minute I put them on, I fell in love. I wore them to go out on a dinner date with my better half (the pictures above were taken on our way to the restaurant) and after a quick machine wash, and no ironing needed, they made it to my suitcase where they are now waiting to be taken on a mini vacation trip to the beach the following weekend:-) I am planning to pair them with a graphic tee and a pair of cute espadrilles. Don’t you love versatile pieces? I definitively do!
And just like I am looking forward to creating a more practical, easy-style and versatile wardrobe, I am thriving to live a more meaningful, fulfilled and purpose-driven life. Choosing to live this way has been a desire I have had in my heart for a very long time that hadn’t resurfaced until the moment I looked back and realized that life is what we make it and what we choose to do with what we have. Cuando se trata de invertir en ropa, tanto el sentido práctico como la comodidad siempre están muy altos en mi lista de requerimientos. Encontrar piezas que son fáciles de mantener y que me puedan servir para muchas ocasiones es también muy importante para mi, especialmente en este punto de mi vida en donde mi meta principal es vivir de manera más simple y relajada. Cuando recibí estos lindos y muy cómodos pantalones tipo “jogger” que el equipo de Rafaella me envió no pude resister probarmelos y tengo admitir que tan pronto me los puse quedé super enamorada. Los llevé para ir a cenar con mi media naranja (las fotos de hoy fueron tomadas de camino al restaurante) y después de un rápido lavado en máquina, y sin tener que plancharlos, llegaron a mi maleta donde ahora esperan para ser llevados a unas cortas vacaciones en la playa el fín de semana siguiente:-) Los pienso combinar un una camiseta gráfica y un par de zapatillas tipo “espadrille”. ¡Me fascinan las piezas versátiles! ¿Y a tí?
Y al igual que estoy deseando crear un armario más práctico, fácil de combinar y versátil, también estoy deseando vivir una vida mas significativa, plena y con propósito. Escojer vivir de esta manera es un deseo que he llevado en mi corazón desde hace mucho tiempo y que no había logrado manifestar hasta el momento en que finalmente miré hacia atrás y me dí cuenta de que la vida es lo que hacemos con ella y lo que elegimos hacer con lo que tenemos.
