ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL

Summer season is almost over and stores are already showcasing beautiful fall clothing but for me, living here in Orlando, it will be a long time before I am ready to put away my shorts and all my summer garments. I really love wearing shorts when it is super hot outside (like now!).  I wear them pretty much everywhere I go even when I go out to dinner with my better half at a nice restaurant or to meet friends for happy hour. I have shorts on every color of the rainbow but my favorite ones are this pair of super bright yellow shorts that I have had for three years.   The color goes pretty much with anything but I really love how it looks with this white and blue gingham shirt I got on sale in the men’s department at the Gap store near my home. As you can see, I wore heels with this outfit. I wanted to achieve a dressier look so wearing heels seemed to be the way to go for me:-)

Hope your week is going amazing and that you find yourself feeling wonderful too! Believe it or not, I am still recovering from jet lag. Can’t seem to get back to my normal sleeping schedule. I guess that happens when you we get older:-) Blessings to all of you!

La temporada de verano yá casi se termina y todas las tiendas están enseñando ropa linda de otoño pero para mí, viviendo aquí en Orlando, pasará un tiempo largo antes de que guarde todos mis pantalones cortos y todos mis vestidos de verano. A mí me fascina llevar pantalones cortos cuando se pone muy caliente afuera (¡como está ahora!) y me los pongo para donde sea que yo vaya hasta para cenar a un buen restaurante con mi media naranja ó para salir con mis amigas a un “happy hour”. Yo tengo pantalones cortos en casi todos los colores del arco iris pero mis favoritos son este super brillante par de pantalones cortos amarillos que he tenido conmigo desde hace yá tres años. El color vá con casi todo pero a mí personalmente me fascina como se ven con esta camisa azul y blanca de estampado gingham que conseguí en venta en el departamento de hombres de la tienda Gap que está cerca de mi casa. Como podrán ver, combiné mi atuendo con un par de zapatos de tacón altos. Quería lograr un look más de vestir así que llevar zapatos altos resultó ser la alternativa perfecta:-)

Espero que tú semana esté llendo de maravilla y que también te encuentres sintiendo super bien. Lo creas o no, todavía no he logrado recuperarme de el “jet lag”. Mis horas de dormir siguen medias al revés. Supongo que eso pasa cuando nos ponemos mas viejitos:-) ¡Muchas bendiciones para todos!
