Hello everyone! Here is the second outfit I put together using the midi skirt I wore for my previous post. The first look was more classic and ladylike. This one in particular has more of a retro feel, in my opinion. The crisp white polka dot shirt together with the wide purple belt adds the girly and flirty vibe that was so popular back in the 70’s. Full midi skirts can suit any body type. Whether you are curvy with hips or have an inverted triangle body shape, you will be able to rock them any way you want and still look great. They key is to go fitted on the top to balance the fullness of the skirt. If you have short legs, make sure to wear nude stiletto pumps without ankle straps so that your legs appear longer. And don’t worry about the hem of the skirt being too long. Just know that the midi will work its way and give you the attitude you need to work the look with lots of elegance and confidence:-) Hope your week goes the way you want it to be and that God gives you the clarity and wisdom to follow all your passions and dreams. Hola a toditos! Aqui está el segundo conjunto que preparé utilizando la falda midi que me puse para el escrito anterior. El primer look era mas clásico y ladylike. Este en particular tiene un aire mas retro. La crujiente camisa blanca con puntos junto con la correa ancha color púrpura añade al look el toque coqueto y juguetón que fué tan popular allá en los años 70. Las faldas midi anchas pueden lucir bien en cualquier tipo de cuerpo. Ya sea que tengas curvas y caderas ó que tengas un cuerpo tipo triangulo invertido, podrás lucirlas de la manera que quieras y verte regia. La clave está en utilizar una camisa ó blusa ajustada para equilibrar la anchura de la falda. Si tus piernas son cortas, asegurate utilizar zapatos de taco fino con terminación en punta sin cinta en el tobillo y de color nude. Y no te preocupes porque el dobladillo de la falda sea muy largo. Solo quiero que sepas que la midi trabajará su manera y te dará la actitud que necesitas para lucir el look con mucha elegancia y confianza:-)
