Hello beautiful friends! Hope your weekend was filled with beautiful moments and plenty of time to rest, recharge and take care of yourself.
Taking care of our souls and bodies is self love and when we love ourselves we honor our God given life and existence. We become more capable and open to love others the right way (yes, you heard it right! the right way:-)) and enjoy the peace and joy we all have within. Whether we choose to read a good soul lifting book or get enough sleep to allow our bodies to regenerate and heal, loving and taking care of ourselves is the first step to self growth, spiritual advancement and universal peace. We can’t give or share what we don’t have.

And today’s post is all about celebrating the transition to fall in a very romantic and feminine way. It isn’t anything new for you to learn about my love for romantic and floral dresses, especially the ones that move and flow with the cool and very refreshing autumn breeze. I have been eyeing this French Connection dress for a little while and when it went on sale I couldn’t resist not getting it:-)

¡Hola mis queridos amigos! Espero que hayas disfrutado de un fín de semana lleno de hermosos momentos, suficiente tiempo para descansar , recargar las baterias y cuidar de tí mismo.
El cuidar de nuestros cuerpos y almas es amor propio y cuando nos amamos a nosotros mismos honramos la vida que nos regaló Dios y nuestra propia existencia. Nos volvemos más capaces de amar a los demás de la manera correcta (¡sí!, lo escuchastes muy bien…. de la manera correcta:-)) y dufrutar de la paz y alegría que por naturaleza llevamos por dentro. Ya sea que escojamos leer un libro que nos levante el alma o disfrutar del sueño necesario para dejar sanar y regenerar nuestros cuerpos, el amar y cuidar de nosotros mismos es el primer paso para lograr crecimiento personal, progreso spiritual y paz universal. No podemos dar ó compartir lo que nó llevamos por dentro.

El post de hoy se trata de celebrar la transición hacia el otoño de una manera romántica y muy femenina. No es nada nuevo el saber de mi apreciación y amor por los vestidos romanticos y de estampado floral, especialmente los que se mueven y bailan con las brisas frescas del otoño. Llevo un tiempo echándole un ojo a este vestido de la marca French Connection y cuando lo encontré en venta no pude resistir obtenerlo:-)
