ENGLISH/ESPAÑOL
Hello beauties! I can’t believe Wednesday is already here and that we are half way through the week. In my opinion, time now seems to go super fast, especially when I spend most of it in the doing and thinking mode and less of it living in the moment. Although it is ok to be busy and think about what we want to do next, I do realize that by living this way, I am missing so many wonderful things in life. This is why I choose to slow down, take my time and listen to the birds singing every once in a while. I choose to enjoy my morning cup of coffee without my iPhone in my hand and listen to my daughter, or loved one talk about how his/her day went by. This is why I choose to make the effort to stay still, reflect and perhaps admire the beautiful flowers on the shoes I chose to wear for this post today:-)

¡Hola bellezas! No puedo creer que ya es Miércoles y que ya estamos casi a mitad de semana. En mi opinión el tiempo parece volar, especialmente cuando paso la mayoría de él haciendo y pensando en lugar de vivir en el presente. A pesar de que es bueno estar ocupado, me doy cuenta que cuando vivo de esta manera, estoy perdiendo muchas cosas maravillosas de la vida. Es por esto que elijo detenerme , tomar mi tiempo y escuchar los pájaros cantar aunque sea de vez en cuando. Elijo disfrutar mi café de la mañana sin mi iPhone en la mano y escuchar a mi hija, ser querido o a un amigo decirme como le fué el día y como se ha sentido. Es por esto que elijo hacer un esfuerzo para dejar de pensar en lo que mas tarde tengo que hacer, refleccionar y tal vez admirar las flores preciosas pintadas en los zapatos que escojí llevar para el escrito de hoy:-)
