The houndstooth trend…

The houndstooth trend is on fire this season. Originated in Scotland, this classic pattern is making a statement in every way you can imagine. From Michael Kors to Balmain, this pattern has made its way to the runway in different forms and dimensions.

In my opinion, the pattern is chic but very eye catching so wearing small portions of it, like I did for this post, could be a good start if you find it too much to wear. Now, if like me, you enjoy experimenting with new trends and dare to try it, below you can find some pieces that may catch your attention. It is important to know that once you invest on a houndstooth piece, it will stay with you season after season. It will become one of the favorite pieces you will not want to get rid of. La tendencia de houndstooth ó pata de gallo está a puro fuego esta temporada. De origen escoces, este clásico y conocido patrón continúa resaltando en cada manera posible que te puedas imaginar. Desde Michael Kors hasta Balmain, este patrón ha hecho su camino a las pasarelas en diferentes formas y dimensiones.

En mi opinión, esta tendencia es elegante pero bastante llamativa así que llevar pequeñas porciones de ella, como lo hice yo para este escrito, podría ser un buen comienzo si encuentras que el estampado es mucho para llevar. Ahora, si como yo disfrutas experimentar con tendencias nuevas y te atreverías tratarla, abajo encontraras algunas piezas que prodrían llamar tu atención. Es importante saber que una vez decidas invertir en una pieza con el estampado de houndstooth o pata de gallo, esta se quedará contigo temporada trás temporada. Se convertirá en una de tus piezas favoritas y nunca querrás deshacerte de ella. Yo personalmente poseo una falda tipo mini, una bufanda y el bolso tipo clutch que utilizé para este escrito. ¿Y tu? ¿Tienes alguna pieza con este estampado?
