Benefits of spirulina

spirulina

I began taking spirulina back in 2008. I came across an article that talked about the benefits of this amazing “super food” so I decided to give it a try and I am so thankful I did. I can honestly tell you that up to this date, I haven’t had a cold or experienced any other related health issues, not even after spending many weeks in hospitals taking care of my youngest daughter. Of course, I can’t say that taking spirulina has been the only reason why I haven’t gotten sick but, I do believe that it has been a contributor to my overall well being. The more I learn about this blue green algae, the more amazed I become by its health benefits. Always wishing you the best dear friends:-)  Love, Ms. Jeannie.

The maxi dress…

I love Maxi dresses because in my opinion they are so feminine and versatile. A Maxi dress can be easily dressed up, like I chose to do today. Or, it can also be dressed down by swapping the heels for sandals, getting rid of the gold belt and adding a hat.  I like wearing mine during the summer time here in Florida.  Most of my maxi dresses are made out of a sheer and light chiffon type of fabric which allows me to wear them even during the hottest days of the season.  Maxi dresses are great for traveling, especially when you have a long way to go.  Not sure about you but I don’t enjoy the feeling of wearing tight clothing when I am sitting down for a long period of time.  And I am sure you know what I mean!   Maxi dresses are also great for going shopping.  Just having to take off only one piece of clothing when trying new clothes on, makes it so easy and convenient for us but most importantly, it makes the shopping experience more enjoyable.  I got this one from the H&M online store. If you are an H&M fan, make sure you get yourself signed up for email notifications because every now and then they run good sales (online only) such as 30%off the entire site.  I hope you enjoy this post.  If you do, feel free to share it you your friends:-) Love, Ms. Jeannie.

The outfits I put together are for your inspiration and you may be able to find similar pieces in your closet to achieve the look.   However, to provide you with more options, I have included below the links to the same or similar pieces in case you are interested.
