Hello beautiful friends! May this post find you enjoying a beautiful present moment and filled with lots of inner piece. Before I continue I want to thank my fellow blogger and friend Cynthia from My Rose Colored Shades for nominating me as one of her favorites fashionistas on Instagram. I felt very honored to be nominated by her. Not only is she beautiful and has an amazing blog but she is also an incredible human being and super talented. Today is my third and last day of the detox plan I described on my previous post. I will admit I feel rejuvenated, full energy and very revitalized. I now realize how much I needed it and I am super committed to practice it every month. I will continue dry brushing every day. It is an amazing anti aging treatment for the skin and also super detoxifying. I also want to continue meditating, even if it is for five short but meaningful minutes of my day. I find meditating to be very good for the soul. It is a way for me to connect with my inner self and be one with life. It is something we can all practice and enjoy the inner peace and inner connection it brings.
Today I wanted to show you a dress I got from Free People and that I am really enjoying. I love the color and its boho/hippie style. I paired it with tall combat-style boots I got from Just Fab at an amazingly reasonable price. I actually got these boots for my oldest daughter but since she is away in college I wore them for this post (shhhh, she doesn’t know!) . I hope you all like. Have an amazing day! Love, Jeannette.
¡Hola mis queridos amigos! Que este escrito les encuentre gozando de un hermoso momento presente y con mucha paz interior. Antes de continuar quiero agradecer mi amiga blogera Cynthia, creadora de el blog My Rose Colored Shades por haberme nominado como una de sus “fashionistas” favoritas en Instagram. Quiero admitir que me sentí muy honrada de haber sido nominada por ella. No solamente Cynthia is hermosa y tiene un maravilloso pero también es tremendo ser humano y muy talentosa. Si todavía no la has conocido te invito a que visites su blog. Los disfrutarás muchísimo.
Hoy es el tercer y último día de mi plan de detox que describí en el escrito anterior. Les admito que me siento muy rejuvenecida, llena de energía y revitalizada. Ahora me doy cuenta de lo mucho que lo necesitaba y me he comprometido hacerlo una vez al mes. Continuaré practicando diariamente el cepillado en seco. Es un tratamiento muy efectivo y anti-aging y también super detoxificante. También quiero continuar practicando la meditación, aunque séa por cinco cortos pero significativos minutos al día. La meditación es muy buena para el alma. Es una manera de conectarse con uno mismo y con la vida. Es algo que todos podemos practicar y disfrutar de la paz interior que brinda.
Hoy quize enseñarles un vestido que conseguí en la tienda Free People y que me gusta muchísimo. Me fascina el color y su estilo bohemio/hippie. Lo combiné con unas botas altas de estilo combate que compré en la tienda on-line Just Fab a un precio muy razonable. De por cierto las compré para mi hija mayor pero como ella no se encuentra ahora en mi casa (está lejos atendiendo la universidad) quise ponermelas para las fotos de este escrito (shhhhh, ella no lo sabe:-)) Espero este escrito haya sido de su agrado . ¡Que pasen un día maravilloso!
