Today, I am celebrating my love and appreciation for stripes and flowers. Yes! I love them both very much! Stripes are classic and a fashion favorite. In my opinion, they portray a sense of coolness and easy chic. While flowers are romantic and uplifting and always remind me of happy moments and summery picturesque views.
I will admit I enjoy wearing stripes and floral patterns very much, especially during the spring and summer seasons and you will often see me combining them together just like I did for this post today. I can understand that for some of you combining the two may be a little too risqué or possibly out of your comfort zone but if you give it a try I have no doubt you will end up loving the look as much as I do. To make it an easy start you can do it the way I did it today for this post, but if right from the start you dare to be bold you can rock the look just like the inspiration photos I provided below. Enjoy it but most importantly have lots of fun experimenting!
…and remember that accepting what we can’t change is liberating, super healing and very rejuvenating for the soul. To accept is not giving up or “loosing” a battle, in the contrary it allows us to move forward, grow and experience the wisdom that will guide us in the path that is meant to be for us.

Hoy estoy celebrando mi amor y apreciación por las rayas y flores. ¡Si! Ambas me fascinan mucho. Las rayas son clasicas y muy favoritas en el mundo de la moda y en mi opinión proyectan un sentido de frescura y elegancia muy relajada. Mientras que las flores son romanticas y edificantes y me recuerdan siempre momentos felices y vistas pintorescas de verano.
Voy a admitir que disfruto mucho ponerme piezas con estampados de rayas y flores, especialmente durante las temporadas de primavera y verano. Me verán a menudo combinar ambos estampados como lo hize para el escrito de hoy. Puedo entender que para muchos de ustedes el combinar rayas con flores podría ser muy arriesgado o posiblemente fuera de tu zona de confort pero si lo trataras yo no tengo la menor duda de que el look terminará agradandote tanto como me agrada a mí. Para tener un comienzo fácil podrías tratar el look como lo hize yo para el escrito de hoy, pero si desde el comienzo quieres ser atrevida y no te preocupa llamar la atención entonces trátalo utilizando los ejempos de abajo como inspiración. Que lo disfrutes pero mas importante que nada que te diviertas mucho haciendolo:-)
… Y recuerda que el aceptar lo que no podemos cambiar es liberador, super sanador y muy rejuvenecedor para el alma. El aceptar no significa darnos por vencidos o perder la batalla sino que nos permite seguir adelante, crecer y experimentar la sabiduría interior que nos guiará en el camino que mas nos conviene.
