In order to celebrate the upcoming Independence Day, I decided to put together three casual looks incorporating red, white and blue. My goal was to use the same top in all three outfits. It turned out that I didn’t have a red top already in my closet, so yesterday I went to the mall with my lovely daughter, Andrea, to look for one. As always, I love spending time with her so going to the mall together was our “mom and daughter” treat of the week. I ended up getting the blouse at the Express store. What I like about it the most is the fact that I will be able to wear it to work or to a casual outing anywhere I want. It doesn’t require dry cleaning which is a “plus” for me and the style is classic, so it will be part of my wardrobe season after season. Today my dogs Zeus, Chloe, Sofie, and part of Lola wanted to be in some of the pictures so here they are! Happy 4th of July to those who celebrate the occasion and to every single one of you out there; have a wonderful end of the week and remember that no matter who we are, what we do or where we come from, we are all AMAZING and very much loved:-) Always, Ms. Jeannie.

Para celebrar el Día de la Independencia el próximo 4 de julio preparé tres looks diferentes usando colores rojo, blanco y azul. Mi meta era usar la misma blusa en los tres looks y resultó que no tenía en mi clóset una blusa roja. Así que ayer me fui a las tiendas con mi querida hija Andrea en busca de una. Como de costumbre me encanta pasar tiempo con ella, por lo que el paseo juntas por las tiendas fue uno de nuestros momentos “mami e hija” de la semana. Encontré la blusa en la tienda Express. Lo que más me gusta es que la puedo usar para ir al trabajo o para cualquier salida casual. No es necesario lavarla en seco, lo cual es una ventaja para mí, y el estilo es clásico, así que formará parte de mi ropero temporada tras temporada. Hoy mis perros Zeus, Chloe, Sofie, y parte de Lola quisieron estar en algunas de las fotos. ¡Aquí los pueden ver! Les deseo un ¡Feliz 4 de julio! a todos aquellos que lo celebran.
