Hello everyone! It is Labor Day weekend and I am more than grateful to have three days off to catch up with everything at home.   I have been away from home on every weekend since the beginning of August and on this one I am definitively staying home. I have no desire to go anywhere but be home:-)

Today I want to show you how I was able to bring so many hats with me on my last vacation to Europe. Many of you emailed me asking about it. Yes, I did bring quite a few hats (maybe too many!) but the truth is that I suffer from Melasma on my face (dark spots) and I have been on treatment for it using medicated creams that require me to stay away from the sun as much as possible which is very challenging to do especially when you are out of town, on vacation and you want to experience as much as you can. Anyway, to be exact I brought with me four different hats, a good sunblock lotion and a sunblock face powder. I will share with you on a future post the products I used to protect my face from the sun and why I like them so much.   Going back to hats and packing below are the steps for successfully bringing with you in your suitcase your favorite hats (nope, I didn’t carry them with me on the plane).

It is said that pictures speak a thousand words and for that reason I am sharing below picture of myself packing my hats.   Enjoy!

¡Hola a todos! Ya llegó el fín de semana en donde celebramos el Día del Trabajo y me siento más que agradecida por tener tres días de descanso para ponerme al dia con todo en mi hogar. He estado fuera de mi casa todos los fines de semana desde el comienzo del mes de Agosto pero de seguro este me la pasaré en mi casita.

Hoy quiero desmostrarles como logré llevar conmigo tantos sombreros para mis vacaciones en Europa. Muchos de ustedes me enviaron mensajes preguntándome al respecto. Sí, llevé conmigo bastantes sombreros (¡quizás demasiados!) pero la verdad es que yo sufro de Melasma (manchas oscuras) en mi rostro y he estado en tratamiento para ello usando cremas recetadas que requieren que me mantenga fuera del sol tanto como yo pueda lo cual es super difícil de hacer especialmente cuando uno se encuentra de vacaciones, visitando otro país y explorando lo más que uno puedas. De todas formas y para ser exacta llevé conmigo cuatro sombreros diferentes, un buen bloqueador solar en crema y un bloqueador en polvo para la cara.   Estaré compartiendo con ustedes en un futuro post los productos que yo uso para protejer mi rostro del sol y el porqué me fascinan. Volviendo al tema de sombreros y de empacar, abajo encontrarás los pasos para con éxito lograr llevar contigo, dentro de tu maleta, tus sombreros favoritos:-)
