Ways to wear the wrap dress…

DSC_4890E DSC_4901E DSC_4996EOn an earlier post, I talked about the “versatility” of the wrap dress. I mentioned how you could dress it up for work or a girls night out or to wear it (like I do) to simply go shopping. For today’s picture, I put together three different looks using the same wrap dress: The “casual look” (to go shopping or run errands), the “girls night out look” and “the business/work look”. To achieve this, I simply changed the style of my hair, the shoes and accessories. In my opinion, owning a wrap dress is a no brainer. You can wear it season after season and always look good. It is very easy and cost effective to maintain as you can wash it at home (it’s typically made out of a soft jersey fabric) and it is also the perfect piece to take when traveling as it doesn’t wrinkle at all. So now, go and have fun transforming your wrap! Love and blessings to you all, Ms. Jeannie:-)

The outfits I put together are for your inspiration and you may be able to find similar pieces in your closet to achieve the look.   However, to provide you with more options, I have included below the links to the same or similar pieces in case you are interested.

The wrap dress…

If you are looking for a “figure flattering” dress, you may want to take a look at the wrap dress. As stated below, it defines the waist, lifts the bust and gives every woman a fantastic hourglass figure. There are so many style choices when you own a wrap dress. All you need to do is play with different accessories and shoes options to get the look you want. You can make it look classy and elegant enough to attend a business meeting or make it look fun and feminine enough to take it to a dinner party or girls night out. I actually like to wear a wrap dress when I go shopping because it makes it easy for me when I need to try clothes on if you know what I mean:-). Last but not least, the wrap dress is timeless, you can wear it season after season. I personally own one that is approximately 10 years old!!! Hope you enjoy the article as much as I did writing it. Blessings to all of you, Ms. Jeannie.
