Hello beautiful people! I really hope you all had an amazing weekend and that you find yourselves ready for a great week .  I had a good weekend myself.  I attended a Christmas party, finished all my Christmas decorations and was able to finish all my laundry from two weeks (yes,  two weeks! ).   And the most exciting part is that I was also able to put it all away.  Doing laundry is not one of my favorite chores so getting it all done makes me really happy:-)  And talking about being happy,  there is so much about this Holiday season that inspires me to feel happy.  From watching Christmas movies (I just finished watching Defending Santa) with an eggnog or pumpkin spice latte in hand to simply sitting on my sofa while taking in all the lights and Christmas decor on the mantel including the two little trees on top, it all fills me with so much peace,  love and good energy bringing the best out of me.  This is my friends, a wonderful season for us to reflect, relax and do the things we love the most.  It doesn’t have to be anything huge, elaborate or too expensive as it is actually in the little things in life and perhaps the closest to us that we can find true beauty , joy and peace.

Today, I wanted to show you the outfit I wore to the Christmas party I went to this weekend.  I didn’t wear the shawl as it wasn’t that cold here in Orlando.  I hope you all like it and may this season be one filled with lots of love, peace and happiness for everyone:-)  Blessings, Ms. Jeannie.

¡Hola gente bella! Espero que hayan pasado un fín de semana maravilloso y que se encuentren listos para pasar una semana maravillosa.  Mi fín de semana fué muy bueno.  Fuí a una fiesta de Navidad, terminé de decorar mi hogar y también logré terminar de lavar toda la ropa acumalada en estas últimas dos semanas (sí, ¡dos semanas!).  Y lo mas emocionante de todo fué que logré guardarla toda. Lavar ropa no es una de mis tareas favoritas  así que el haber  terminado con ella me hace sentir muy felíz.  Y hablando de sentirnos felices, esta temporada festiva me brinda muchas cosas que me inspiran sentirme muy felíz.  Desde ver peliculas de Navidad (acabo de ver Defendiendo a Santa Claus) con un ponche navideño o “pumpkin space latte” en la mano hasta simplemente sentarme comodamente en mi sofá y observar las luces y decoración Navideña que decoran la repisa de la chimenea incluyendo los dos pequeños arbolitos colocados encima de ella, todo me llena de mucha paz, amor y buena energía reflejando lo mejor de mi.  Esta es, mis queridos amigos una muy buena temporada para reflexionar, relajarnos y hacer las cosas que mas nos agrada.  No tiene que ser nada grande, elaborado o muy costoso ya que es en las cosas pequeñas de la vida y de por cierto las mas cercas a nosotros, que logramos encontrar verdadera belleza, alegría y paz.

Hoy quíze enseñarles el conjunto que llevé para ir a la fiesta de Navidad este fín de semana.   No me puse el chal ya que no hacía tanto frio aquí en Orlando como  para llevarla.  Espero les haya gustado y que esta época sea una llena de mucho amor, alegría y felicidad para todos:-)  Muchas bendiciones para todos, Ms. Jeannie.
